The Social Cooperative Enterprise (S.C.E.) "pramata & thamata", which is based in Kalamata and operates in the fields of culture and education, participates as a partner in the European Program Creative Europe titled Limits, which is coordinated by the cultural organization from Bucharest Centre for Educational Theatre 'Replika'. The partnership is completed with the institutions 'Teatro dos Aloes' from Lisbon, Portugal and the Theatrical Organization 'Modern Times' from Athens, Greece.
The emblematic activity of the project is focused on the theatrical performance "Limits" which deals with the issue of bullying in the school environment. The play will be translated from Romanian to Greek and Portuguese and will be presented in different staged adaptations in Greece and Portugal, while the Romanian performance will tour all partner cities. The partners will have the opportunity, assessing the results and the impact of the performances on the audience, to jointly create a new theatrical co-production about education.
The planned theatre activities seek to contribute to inclusive education and efforts to reduce school bullying. They are expected to have a significant impact on the three participating countries where educational issues are relevant.
